Ticketing Terms and Conditions

New Zealand Fishing, Hunting & 4X4 Expo

1. General

By purchasing a ticket to the New Zealand Fishing, Hunting & 4X4 Expo, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and to comply with all event rules and venue requirements.



2. Pricing and Fees

All ticket prices are listed in New Zealand Dollars and include GST where applicable.

A booking or processing fee may be added at checkout. This fee is non refundable.



3. No Refund Policy

All ticket sales are final. No refunds will be provided for any reason, including:

• Change of mind

• Inability to attend
• Weather conditions
• Delays or changes to the event schedule

This policy is subject to your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and the Fair Trading Act 1986.

If the event is cancelled and not rescheduled, a refund may be provided at the organiser’s discretion, excluding any booking or processing fees.



4. Event Changes

The organiser reserves the right to:

• Change event dates, times, or programme content
• Substitute or cancel advertised attractions, exhibitors, or speakers
• Adjust site layout and access

No refunds will be issued due to these changes.



5. Postponement or Cancellation

If the event is postponed, your ticket will remain valid for the new date.

If the event is cancelled entirely, you may be offered:

• A transfer to a future event, or
• A refund of the ticket price only

Booking and processing fees are non refundable.



6. Entry Conditions

All attendees must:

• Hold a valid ticket
• Comply with venue rules and health and safety requirements
• Follow all instructions from event staff and security

The organiser reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any person behaving in a disruptive or unsafe manner. No refund will be given in these cases.



7. Health and Safety

You attend the event at your own risk. You must comply with all health and safety requirements as directed.

Certain areas such as demonstrations, machinery displays, or 4X4 activations may carry inherent risk.



8. Liability

To the extent permitted by New Zealand law, the organiser is not liable for:

• Loss, damage, or theft of personal property
• Personal injury not caused by organiser negligence
• Any indirect or consequential loss

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act.



9. Ticket Transfer

Tickets may be transferred to another person, provided the ticket is valid and has not been used.

Tickets must not be resold for commercial gain without written permission from the organiser.



10. Photography and Media

By attending, you consent to being photographed or filmed.

Images and footage may be used for marketing and promotional purposes by Intrinsic Events Limited.



11. Force Majeure

The organiser is not responsible for delays, changes, or cancellation caused by events beyond reasonable control, including extreme weather, natural disasters, or government restrictions.
